Choose which staff roles can use which commands, so not everyone on the team can run every admin command.
Members also still need Discord's own permission for the command (for example Ban Members for /ban).
The server owner and Administrators can always use everything.

Where people talk. Channels with no messages for 14 days lower the health score when most of your channels are quiet.

When people chat, by day of the week and hour of the day (your local time). Use it to pick the best time for events and announcements.
Activity rhythm Premium
When your community is most and least active: how many people are around (chatting or in voice), on an average day and across the week, in your local time.
Invites Premium
Which invite links bring people in, and how many of them stay past 7 days. VoidBox needs the Manage Server permission to see invites. Tracking started 28 Sep 2026.
Moderation
Bans, kicks, timeouts and deleted messages by anyone (people, VoidBox and other bots), from Discord's audit log. Needs the View Audit Log permission. A lot of moderation per message lowers the health score.
Tickets
How fast your team answers support tickets. Slow first replies and tickets left open for over 3 days lower the health score. Reply times are tracked from 28 Sep 2026.
Ask about your analytics Premium
Ask a question in plain English, like "why did activity drop last week?" or "when should I host an event?". The AI only sees counts (never message text) from the last 30 days, plus your latest health report.

Developer tools
Grants applied to your own linked VoidBox account — the same ops as the game's Developer Mode panel. Local only: no Whop membership is created, so nothing here can be revoked by the subscription sync.
Media false-flag reports
Pictures a server admin marked as wrongly flagged. Approving one stops it being flagged on every server — so approve reaction images and game screenshots, and reject anything that actually should have been caught.
Global threat reports
Submissions from server admins. Approving one makes it block on every server VoidBox is in — which is exactly why they wait here instead of taking effect on submission.

Jobs
What members can apply to with /work-apply and earn from with
/work. A job can require a level, a role, or both — that is what ties earning to
levelling. Steady pay, no risk — the star rating belongs to investing companies, not here.
Voice rooms
Nominate a voice channel as a doorway. Anyone who joins it is moved straight into a fresh room of their own, with a settings menu posted inside it — they can rename it, lock it, set a member limit, invite one person in or remove somebody. The room is deleted automatically about 30 seconds after the last person leaves.
VoidBox needs Manage Channels and Move Members for this. The doorway itself is a channel nobody stays in, so give it a name that says so — “➕ New room”.
Reaction roles
A panel members use to give themselves roles. Pick buttons or
reactions, set what a pick does, and gate individual options behind a role.
Build it here, then post it with /setup in Discord.
VoidBox needs Manage Roles, and its own role has to sit above every role it hands out.
Giveaways
Members enter with a button, so anyone who does not meet a requirement is told exactly why instead of watching their reaction disappear. Bonus roles give extra entries, and the draw is weighted by them.

The settings a slash command cannot fit: bonus entries, the embed, the winner DM and the full requirement set. Save one, then reuse it.

Bots, webhooks and links VoidBox blocks. The global list is maintained by VoidBox and protects every server. Anything you add here applies to this server only and takes effect immediately — or report it for the global list and it will protect everyone once reviewed.

The last 50 things moderation noticed on this server, whether or not it acted. Use this to calibrate your thresholds before turning actions on.
Level rewards
A role, a coin bonus, or both, granted once when a member reaches a
specific level. These stack on top of the flat per-level payout in
Economy → Currency. Also editable in Discord with /level-reward.
Engagement
Things that give members a reason to come back. Each has a page of its own — the switch here is the same one.
Achievements
Let your members hunt achievements for rewards. They see theirs
with /achievements.
Achievements
How unlocks are announced. Pick “Image” and the bot draws a badge card using this server’s look — an achievement is something the server awarded, so it wears the server’s colours rather than the member’s.
Birthdays
Members set theirs with /birthday set — including their own
timezone, so their day starts at their midnight rather than the server’s.
Nothing is stored until a member chooses to.
Who has set one
Birthdays members have given this server. They can remove theirs at any
time with /birthday remove.
Social media
Follow creators and the bot announces every new post. Paste a username or a link — either works. Per platform: 2 accounts free, 15 with Premium, 30 with Premium+, and anyone can add 5 more for $1. Each one can ping its own role and use its own wording; the ping is silent unless you say otherwise.
Stat channels & honeypot
Live numbers in your channel list, like 👥 Members: 1,204. Names refresh every 10 minutes (Discord only lets a channel be renamed twice per 10 minutes). Free: 3 channels.
🎣 Hacked-account honeypot
A trap channel. It is a text channel anyone can type in, with a pinned red warning: do not type here, you will be removed automatically. Real members read it and move on; a hacked account’s spam script posts into every channel it sees, lands here, and is removed before its scam links reach anyone. Create a new trap channel, use one you already have, or turn a stat channel above into one. Staff with Manage Messages are exempt. Free; a custom warning is Premium.

A panel members click to open a private support channel. Design it here, then pick a channel and press Publish — no Discord command needed.
AI answers tickets first Premium
While staff are on their way, the AI replies in new tickets using what you tell it below. It hands the ticket to a person for anything like refunds, bans, appeals or an upset member, and goes quiet as soon as staff write. Five steps, most of them one tap.

Staff applications members fill in with /apply. Questions are
asked one at a time in their DMs — or in a private channel if their DMs are shut.
You can also start one from a ticket panel: pick the form next to a ticket button or option, and the questions are asked in the ticket it opens, with the answers posted there for staff.
Transcripts Premium
When a ticket closes, the whole conversation is saved here for 7 days, then deleted. Download the PDF to keep it for good.
Shop
What members can buy with /store and /buy.
The shop is made of aisles — a named shelf holding up to ten items each. Your item
catalogue can be bigger than your shop: an item with no aisle simply is not on sale.

Gacha
A paid roll on a drop table you build here. Set the rarities and their chances first — they have to add up to 100% before anything can be rolled — then give your items one of those rarities. The switches and costs live under Economy → Games → Gacha.

Codes members use with /redeem. One code can give several rewards at once: currency,

Member reports
Anyone can run /report: a reason, optionally who it is
about, and up to five files. It lands in one staff channel with Warn, Mute, Kick and
Ban buttons — and each of those asks for a reason before it does anything.
Chat revive & Question of the Day
When a watched channel goes quiet, the bot posts something worth answering. Add your own prompts below — with none, it falls back to a built-in set, so it works the moment you switch it on.

What the bot can post. Pick one at random each time, never the same one twice running.
Allowed media
Pictures your staff marked as “Not a violation” from the mod-log. These are skipped by both image scanners on this server — no CPU, no vision call, no flag.
Message log
Deleted and edited messages, posted to a channel you choose. Off by default.
What it can and cannot show. Discord only sends the content of a message the bot still has cached — roughly the last few hours. Anything older is logged with the author and channel and an honest “content unavailable”. Showing the text of a months-old deleted message would mean keeping our own copy of every message ever sent, which this bot does not do: nothing logged here is written to our database.

Miscellaneous minigames
Just-for-fun games: the 8-ball, trivia, hangman, guess the number, would you rather, dice, Connect Four and unscramble. Nothing here touches the economy. Games with coin bets (coinflip, rock-paper-scissors, tic-tac-toe, roulette, races, heists) are on the Games page.
Starboard
When enough people react to a message with the emoji you pick, the bot reposts it to a channel of your choosing — with a live count that follows the reaction up and down, and a link back to the original. Free on every plan.
It does not have to be a star. The emoji is yours to choose: 🔥 for a good-takes board, 💀 for things that killed everyone, 🤡, or any custom emoji from your own server. Whatever you set is the emoji people react with and the one shown on every entry, and the name you give the board is used everywhere the bot mentions it.
What it will not repost. Messages from age-restricted channels, messages from bots, and anyone reacting to their own message — all off by default, because each one is a way a board stops being a vote. The starboard channel itself can never appear on the board. If the original is deleted, its entry goes with it.

Upload your rules or a guide and members can ask the bot about it. Plain text or Markdown — no PDFs, because parsing them safely needs a dependency this bot is better off without. Uploading is Premium; answering works on any plan once a document is here.
Answers the bot gives directly
Checked before the AI runs, so these cost no credits and never vary.

Every AI reply carries a watermark while it is on.

📦 Archived
Archived does not mean deleted. Everything here is still stored and still yours — it is simply not in use: members cannot see or buy it, and it does not count against your plan's limits. This happens when a plan ends and a server has more than the free plan allows; the newest things are archived first, so what you have had longest keeps working. Restore any of it by upgrading again, or by archiving something else to make room.

Every change made by /configure, @VoidBox, Claude (MCP) and the security check's
Fix issues, by anyone, newest first. Undo reverses the most recent one, the same as
/configure undo.

Save files
Snapshots of this server’s whole configuration, kept for 7 days on the free plan and 30 days with Premium. One is taken automatically once a day when you change something, before every change made through Claude, and before every restore — so a restore can itself be undone. Restoring shows you exactly what will change first. Levels, balances and other member data are never touched; only settings.
Export your server
Everything this server has configured — settings, jobs, items, companies, shop, level rewards, achievements, revive prompts, alerts, FAQs, tickets and application forms — as one JSON file. Member balances, XP and moderation records are not included unless you tick the box. They are records about other people, so they are not part of a routine config backup.
Delete data
Both of these take effect immediately and cannot be undone. Removing VoidBox from the server instead keeps everything for 30 days first, in case you change your mind.

VoidBox is in. Warnings and moderation records stay — they belong to the servers
that issued them, not only to you. You will be signed out.
Have a subscription? Cancel it first (Account menu → My subscription), so you are never charged for an account that no longer exists.

Everything VoidBox holds for this server, including every member’s balance, XP and warnings. Only the server owner can do this.
Revoke access
Deleting data does not sign VoidBox out of your Discord account. That is done from Discord’s own settings, and only you can do it — we cannot revoke an authorisation on your behalf.
