DOC-REF —

Last updated: 3 November 2026

These Terms govern your use of the VoidBox Discord bot ("the Bot"). By adding the Bot to a server, or by using its commands in a server where it is present, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, remove the Bot or stop using it.

The Bot is operated by VoidBox Labs™. It is a separate product from VoidBox Cyberverse (the game), though a single account can hold entitlements in both.

1. Eligibility

You must meet Discord's own minimum age requirement for your country, and comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Server administrators are responsible for how the Bot is configured and used in their server.

2. What the Bot stores

Per member, per server: an XP total, a message count, a join timestamp, an economy balance, inventory, and any rank-card appearance settings you choose. Per server: your configuration (which features are on, currency name, jobs, companies, and similar).

Cached from Discord for display: your username and avatar. The Bot does not store message contents for levelling — only that a message happened.

3. AI features

The Bot's AI replies are generated by third-party models accessed through OpenRouter. Your prompt, and any image you attach, is sent to OpenRouter and on to whichever model provider serves the request.

Which model handles a request depends on your server's plan and on what you ask:

⚡ Ultra fast. Paid plans route GLM 5.3 Flash to whichever eligible endpoint is fastest at the time of the request, ranked live rather than from a fixed list — endpoint speeds change hour to hour. Only endpoints that offer zero data retention and sit at or under our costed price are eligible, so speed never changes what a provider may do with your messages or what you are charged. It is a routing preference only: the same model, the same prices and the same zero-data-retention guarantee, and it changes nothing about what you are charged. A server admin can switch it off in the dashboard under AI.

3.1 Data handling — paid tiers

AI requests are routed to Zero Data Retention (ZDR) endpoints first. Those providers do not retain your prompt after the request is served. If no ZDR provider can answer at that moment (all of them busy or unavailable), the request may go to a provider that keeps the prompt for its own retention period. No request, on any tier, ever goes to a provider that uses it for training: every request is sent with data collection denied.

Image generation is the one exception — see 3.3.

3.2 Data handling — the free tier

The free tier follows the same rule as the paid tiers (3.1): Zero Data Retention first, and only when no ZDR provider can answer, a provider that may keep the prompt. Free models have very few ZDR providers and are busy more often, so on the free tier this fallback happens more often. Training on your data is never allowed, on any tier.

Reaction GIFs. When the AI adds a reaction GIF, a short search phrase it wrote (never your message) is sent to KLIPY's GIF search, with KLIPY's strictest content filter. Server admins can turn reaction GIFs off in the dashboard.

3.3 Data handling — image generation

Image generation does not use a Zero Data Retention endpoint.

The model that generates images (meta/muse-image) is served by a single provider that retains the prompt for up to 30 days. We cannot route this feature to a ZDR endpoint, because no other endpoint serves this model — so the choice is this retention period or no image generation at all, and we chose to offer the feature and tell you about it.

What this means in practice:

It is retained for their abuse review, then deleted.

supposed to become training data. Retention for abuse review and use for training are different things; only the first one applies here.

an image you attach — follows 3.1 (ZDR first, never training). This applies only to images the Bot *generates*.

If that retention is not acceptable for your server, do not use the image generation command. Nothing else about the Bot changes.

3.4 Image moderation runs on our own hardware

If a server turns on image moderation, pictures posted in that server are checked for nudity by a model that runs on our own server. Those images are not sent to any AI provider, and nothing about them leaves our infrastructure. This check is free on every plan.

Paid servers additionally get a second pass through a vision model for scams and similar content; that pass does send the image to OpenRouter, under the ZDR terms in 3.1.

3.5 What you should not send

Do not send passwords, payment details, personal information about other people, or anything confidential to the Bot's AI — on any tier. AI output may be inaccurate, and should not be relied on as professional advice.

AI chat is on by default. A server admin can switch it off at any time in the dashboard under AI or with /setup. When a server's AI has never been used, VoidBox may post one short message in a busy channel saying it can be mentioned; it is posted once per server, ever.

Coding. On paid plans the Bot can write programs and games. Coding requests go to a fixed list of providers that run the model at full precision. Before a game is sent, VoidBox runs its script for a few seconds in an isolated test on our own server (no network, no access to anything of yours) to catch crashes, and may ask the model once to fix one. AI-written code is provided as is: it may contain bugs or security problems, and you are responsible for reviewing it before you run, publish or rely on it.

4. Moderation and analytics features

Server health analysis (a paid feature) samples recent public messages in channels the Bot can read, in order to score toxicity and identify accounts driving it. That sample is sent to a moderation model, summarised into aggregate scores, and discarded — message text is not stored.

AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate and are not guaranteed to improve your server. They are advice, not a moderation decision, and no action is ever taken automatically on your members.

5. Paid plans

Premium and Premium+ are recurring subscriptions billed through Whop. Prices, renewal dates and cancellation are handled on Whop's side, and their terms apply to the transaction itself.

Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

Free trial. Active servers may be offered a free Premium trial with no card. It is limited to one trial per server owner, across all of their servers, lasts the number of days shown when it starts, and includes a set amount of AI tokens. It ends on its own and never turns into a paid plan; nothing is charged. Trial tokens that are not used expire with the trial. We may change or stop offering trials at any time, and may end a trial early if it is abused (for example by creating servers to collect trials).

6. The server catalogue (retired)

The VoidBox server catalogue was retired on 22 October 2026 and no longer accepts or shows listings. Paid catalogue visibility is no longer sold. Server discovery links now point to Top.gg, whose own terms apply.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Bot to harass others, distribute malware or scams, evade Discord's rules, or attempt to extract credentials or manipulate the Bot's AI into producing prohibited content. We may remove the Bot from any server, or block any account, for abuse.

The full list, and what happens when it is broken, is in the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7.1 The economy has no monetary value

Currency, items and balances inside the Bot are a game mechanic. They cannot be redeemed or cashed out, trading them for real money is not permitted, and resetting them is not a loss of property. Paid plans buy features and capacity, never currency. See §8 of the Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Availability

The Bot is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uptime. Third-party model providers may be slow or unavailable, in which case AI replies will fail and tell you to try again. Features may change or be withdrawn.

9. Data deletion

Removing the Bot from a server stops all collection for that server immediately, and that server's data is deleted automatically after 30 days.

You do not have to ask us. The dashboard has Delete my data for your own records and Delete this server's data for server owners, and both take effect at once. There is also an export, so you can take everything with you first. If you would rather we did it, or you cannot reach the dashboard, email scurf-truffle9l@icloud.com.

The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

10. Operator access to your server

The Bot is operated by one person. To investigate a report, a suspected breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, a bug that only reproduces in one place, or anything Discord asks us about, the operator may join your server as an ordinary member:

WhoBoombox2807 (boombox2807)
Discord ID1390464802933182605
Avatar!The operator's Discord avatar

Verify the ID, not the name or the picture. A username and an avatar can be copied by anybody in minutes; the numeric ID cannot. If somebody joins claiming to be the VoidBox operator and their ID is not the one above, they are not — report them.

10.1 What this access is and is not

private channel is entered that a normal member could not enter, and nothing is changed in your server.

routine or scheduled joining.

server when the owner or an administrator asks for it in writing (a Discord message is enough), and only what was asked for.

declined gift is removed.

10.2 Removing the operator

You can remove or ban the operator from your own server at any time. It is your server; nothing here changes that, and no term could — Discord gives you that control and we would not try to take it.

What we ask is that you do not do it purely because the operator arrived, while a report or an investigation about your server is open. If you do, we cannot finish looking into it, and we may remove the Bot from that server instead — not as a punishment, but because we cannot support a server we are being prevented from looking at.

If you would rather the operator did not join, say so at scurf-truffle9l@icloud.com and we will work it out over email instead. Asking is always fine. Being kicked mid-investigation is what leaves us with only the one option.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove the Bot from a server, or block an account from it, where these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are broken, where Discord requires it, or where continuing would put other servers at risk. Where the breach is minor and fixable we will normally say what is wrong first.

11.1 Restricting features without a breach

We may turn off individual features for a server, such as AI, the economy, levelling, dashboard access or MCP, at our discretion, even when no rule was broken: for example, when running them costs more than we can support, when a working relationship with the server ends, or when a feature is being used in a way it was not designed for. The rest of the Bot keeps working.

person reads every one.

You may stop at any time by removing the Bot. That ends these Terms for that server, except for the clauses that are meant to survive it (no warranty, limitation of liability and indemnity below).

12. No warranty

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its AI output will be accurate.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud — and if you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, VoidBox Labs™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, for lost profits, goodwill, or data, or for anything arising from a third party we depend on being unavailable (Discord, OpenRouter and the model providers, Whop, top.gg).

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us for the Bot in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) 10 USD. The Bot is free on its default tier; that is reflected in this limit.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify VoidBox Labs™ against claims brought by a third party arising from how you used the Bot — including how you configured it in a server you administer, and content you caused it to generate or post.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and the courts of Ukraine have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live, or of the right to bring proceedings there.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes — particularly to how AI data is handled, to pricing, or to the Acceptable Use Policy — will be reflected here with an updated date at the top, and announced in the support server. Continuing to use the Bot after a change means you accept it; if you do not, remove the Bot.
