DOC-REF —

Last updated: 3 November 2026

This Policy sets out what you may not do with the VoidBox Discord bot ("the Bot"). It forms part of the Discord Bot Terms of Service — breaking it is breaking the Terms.

It applies to everybody: server owners, administrators, moderators, and ordinary members using a command.

It sits on top of Discord's own rules, it does not replace them. Anything that breaches the Discord Terms of Service, Community Guidelines or Developer Terms also breaches this Policy, whether or not it is listed below.

1. The short version

Do not use the Bot to hurt people, to break the law, to break Discord's rules, or to take something that is not yours. Everything below is a worked example of one of those four.

2. Harm to people

Do not use the Bot, or any output of it, to:

gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

generated images. This is the one line where the response is immediate and permanent: a report to Discord, a report to the relevant authorities where required, and a block with no appeal.

including using the Bot's AI to compile it.

3. Illegal and dangerous content

Do not use the Bot to distribute, request, or organise:

4. Deception and scams

Do not use the Bot to run a scam, a fake giveaway, a fake support desk, or a fake investment offer.

Do not present the Bot's AI output as human, as professional advice, or as an official statement from VoidBox Labs™.

5. NSFW and age-restricted content

age-restricted, and only where the law where you are allows it.

try to talk the Bot around its refusals.

The Bot's own image moderation is a safety net, not permission. Turning it off does not make anything in this section allowed.

6. The AI features specifically

Do not:

server's data through it.

Policy prohibits. The framing does not change the output, and it does not change our response to it.

them.

7. Technical abuse

Do not:

ordinary use, or attempt to work around a rate limit.

messages as they are posted, especially AI replies on paid plans, which cost us money to produce. If you do not want a feature, switch it off in the dashboard or remove the Bot. Deleting the Bot's messages once they are over an hour old is ordinary chat cleaning and is fine (the Bot can also do it itself: Dashboard, AI chat, Auto-clean). When another bot deletes an AI reply on a paid plan within an hour of it being posted, any tokens are refunded and AI is suspended in that server for 24 hours; doing it again can lead to a longer suspension or to the steps in section 9. The server owner gets a DM with an Appeal button, and a person reads every appeal.

8. The economy is not money

The Bot's currency, items, inventory, and every other in-server balance are a game mechanic with no monetary value. They are not money, not a security, and not a crypto-asset.

server — is not permitted, and we will not mediate or reimburse it.

can be cashed out.

9. What happens if you break this

Proportionate to what happened, and in roughly this order:

  1. A feature is disabled for the server or the account.
  2. The account is blocked from the Bot's AI features, or from the Bot.
  3. The Bot leaves the server, and the server is barred from re-adding it.
  4. A report to Discord, and to the authorities where the law requires it.

Sexual content involving minors, credible threats of violence, and attacks on our infrastructure skip straight to the end of that list.

Restrictions can also be applied without a breach; see Terms §11.1. Every restriction, for a breach or not, comes with a DM to the server owner and a link to appeal.

We may act on our own judgement and without notice, and we do not owe a refund for a plan on an account or server removed for abuse. If you think we got it wrong, say so at the address below — an appeal that explains what actually happened is read by a person. The quickest way is the appeal page.

10. Reporting something

Report it before you use it, give us a reasonable window to fix it, and we will not pursue you for having found it.

Discord's own report flow, which reaches their Trust & Safety team directly.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. The date at the top says when it last changed.
