VoidBox vs MEE6: what you get for $0
MEE6 is the best-known Discord bot, but its free plan is small: by MEE6's own comparison page, XP and levels, moderation, welcome messages, reaction roles, the economy and giveaways are all Premium. VoidBox gives you those free, with the dashboard included.

Where MEE6 is the better pick
Being fair about it: MEE6 has been around far longer, so it has a bigger community, more guides written about it, and a longer track record. If your server already depends on MEE6's custom commands or automations and you are happy to pay, switching is extra work for you. VoidBox is the better fit if you want the core features without a subscription.
Switching over: one command
- Add VoidBox and run
/migrate mee6(or use the dashboard's Import page). VoidBox reads your server's public MEE6 leaderboard. - You see a preview of every member's level before and after. Members keep their exact MEE6 level, and VoidBox can switch to MEE6's XP curve so levelling up feels the same. Roles named like “Level 10” become level rewards.
- Press Apply. Nobody is ever lowered, and the import can be undone for 3 days.
- Turn off MEE6's levelling, or remove MEE6, so the two bots don't both post level-up messages.
The MEE6 leaderboard has to be public for the direct import (it is unless you changed it). Free servers wait in a short queue, at most an hour; the import itself is free. See every way to switch.
