VoidBox vs Tatsu: more for free, levels included
Tatsu is a big, fun levelling bot. But its free plan allows 10 levelled roles, and more costs $4.99 (20 roles) or $8.99 (40 roles) a month, per server. VoidBox gives 20 free and unlimited for $4.99, and you can bring your whole Tatsu leaderboard with you.

What else is free on VoidBox
VoidBox is a whole server bot, not only levels. All of this is on the free plan:
- Moderation and anti-scam: warnings, timeouts, anti-raid, filters, and a scam filter that removes phishing links and scam screenshots by itself.
- Tickets, welcome messages, reaction roles, birthdays and social alerts.
- Fair giveaways: winners always get at least 12 hours to claim, and scammy giveaways are flagged.
- An economy with jobs, a shop, investing and games, all per server.
- Setup in plain words:
/configurein Discord, or run the server from Claude.
Where Tatsu is the better pick
Being fair about it: Tatsu is far bigger (its site says more than 1.4 million servers) and its economy is global: members earn across every server, collect pets, build houses and trade from 2,000+ items. VoidBox's economy belongs to your server alone. If your members love Tatsu's pets and houses, keep it for those.
Switching over: bring your leaderboard
- Add VoidBox and open the dashboard's Import page.
- Choose Tatsu, with my API key and paste your Tatsu API key. VoidBox reads your whole server ranking, page by page. The key is used once and never stored.
- Check the preview, keep whichever value is higher, and apply. You can undo for 3 days.
Tatsu shares XP, not level numbers, and VoidBox's level curve is not Tatsu's, so a member's level number can come out a little different. If you would rather keep the exact steps, run /migrate levels: anyone holding a Tatsu level role (“Level 20”) gets that level here. Free servers wait in a short queue, at most an hour; the import itself is free.
Questions
Is there a free Tatsu alternative?
Yes. VoidBox has free XP, levels and rank cards with 20 levelled roles (Tatsu allows 10 free), and also includes moderation, anti-scam, tickets, giveaways and welcome messages on its free plan.
How many level roles does Tatsu give for free?
Tatsu's own Support Us page lists 10 chat activity roles on the free server plan, 20 on Server Plus ($4.99 a month) and 40 on Server Premium ($8.99 a month). VoidBox gives 20 free and unlimited with Premium at $4.99.
Can I move my Tatsu levels to VoidBox?
Yes. Paste your Tatsu API key on the dashboard's Import page and VoidBox imports your whole server ranking, with a preview and 3-day undo. Or run /migrate levels to give members the level their Tatsu level roles stand for.
Does VoidBox have pets and houses like Tatsu?
No. Tatsu's pets, houses and global economy are unique to it. VoidBox's economy is per server: jobs, a shop, investing, gacha and games.
