These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VoidBox Cyberverse ("the Game", "we", "us"). By playing the Game or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital age in your country, e.g. 16 in parts of the EU) to play. If you are a minor, you may only use the Game and make purchases with the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Your account & save

• No email or password account is required. Your progress is tied to an

anonymous device token stored in your browser.

• You are responsible for keeping access to your device/browser. If you clear

your browser storage, you may lose access to that save. We are not liable for lost progress that results from your own device changes.

• You must not impersonate others or use offensive, hateful, or infringing

display names. We may reset or remove names that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots/automation, or manipulate game state, currency,

leaderboards, or match results.

• Reverse engineer, tamper with, or interfere with the Game's servers, network,

or the economy (all balances are validated and stored server-side).

• Harass other players, or upload/transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing

content.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other players' saves or our systems.

We may suspend or terminate access, and reset progress or balances obtained through prohibited activity.

4. Virtual items & currency

• BoomBucks, tickets, crates, trophies, XP, cosmetics, and any other

in-game items are a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use them inside the Game. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• We may adjust, add, remove, or rebalance items, drop rates, and prices at any

time to operate the Game.

• Crate contents are randomized. Where required by local law (for example in

Brazil), the exact contents or odds are disclosed before purchase.

5. Purchases & payments

• Real-money purchases (Pro pass, BoomBucks packs, cosmetic packs) are processed

by Whop, our third-party payment provider. Your purchase is also subject to Whop's terms and privacy policy.

• We do not receive or store your payment card details.
• Subscriptions (Pro pass) renew according to the plan shown at checkout until

cancelled through Whop.

• Refunds: virtual goods are generally non-refundable once delivered, except

where a refund is required by applicable law or granted under Whop's policy. Free-trial terms, if offered, are shown at checkout.

6. Third-party content (AI & GIFs)

• Meme prompts are generated by AI (via OpenRouter) and GIFs are provided by

Klipy. This content is created or supplied by third parties, may be imperfect, and is provided "as is." We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party GIF content surfaced through search.

• AI requests run under Zero Data Retention and contain game text only (see

the Privacy Policy).

7. Availability

The Game is provided on an "as available" basis. Features that depend on third-party services (payments, AI, GIFs) may be temporarily unavailable, and the Game is designed to continue running in a reduced form when they are. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time.

8. Intellectual property

The Game, including its code, art, audio, and branding, is owned by VoidBox Labs™ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoidBox Labs™ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of progress, virtual items, data, or profits, arising from your use of the Game. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Game or other players. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. §4, §8–§10, §12) survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Our servers are hosted in Kazakhstan. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, announced in-game or on our site. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
